Disappointing...

LOOKING back to November 2023, I wasn’t very impressed with Storm Ciarán. I saw plenty of nihilism in the broken umbrellas and wind-ravaged coastlines, but none of the deep Romanian pessimism that I was hoping for.

Once again, it's incredibly frustrating when a major weather event fails to live up to one's expectations.
