IT doesn't matter where one happens to be caught short, the approach to the gentlemen's public lavatory invariably has twice as many steps as that of the ladies and the entrance is always much further away. I expected a lot more from the Patriarchy, I must admit, but I suppose we do have the more interesting graffiti.
