Restaurant Pandemonium

THE world is collapsing around our ears and yet everything's going to be just fine because Wagamama has made its toilets 'gender-neutral'. I'd never even heard of Wagamama until I read about it, but it appears to be a chain of Asian restaurants.

I don't wish to appear gratuitous and don't really care one way or the other - not that there is going to be an 'other' for very much longer - but does this mean that the continent's famous 'ladyboys' will now be able to use the bathroom facilities without agonising over the sign on the door?

Or, more importantly, does it imply that Wagamama bosses simply can't tell their sushi from their sus-her, their su-no-mono from their su-no-stereo, their wabi-sabi from their flabby cabbie and their chopsticks from their chapsticks?
